Venison Magazine is a quarterly online publication founded in 2014 by the Bay Area artist, Amber Imrie-Situnayake.
Our goal is to hunt out fresh, emerging artists whose experimentations with process and media create compelling work that is crucial in an ever-evolving art culture. We track the underrepresented, the undiscovered and the unestablished and invite all to join us in investigating new methodologies that redefine the boundaries of contemporary art.
